Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promoting Amgen products and guiding them through the payer landscape across Olympia, Tacoma, Wenatchee, Puyallup, Poulsbo, and surrounding WA areas.

The role requires deep product knowledge, relationship-building with accounts, and the ability to drive branded messages both in person and virtually, while meeting territory sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales experience
• Associate's degree plus 4 years sales experience
• High school diploma/GED plus 6 years sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals and explain payer environment.
• Deliver branded sales messages and promote products; drive territory sales.
• Develop relationships to service accounts; ensure product access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Maintain passion for Amgen’s products throughout the sales cycle and uphold values.
• Commit to ethical conduct and teamwork in all activities.
