Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve physicians and other medical professionals in the Olympia, Tacoma, and surrounding WA territory. You will deliver Amgen’s clinical product knowledge, promote products, and execute sales programs under the guidance of the District Manager.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, territory planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years sales experience with associate degree
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years sales or clinical healthcare experience (Senior)
• Associate degree with 6 years sales or clinical healthcare experience (Senior)
• High school diploma with 8 years sales or clinical healthcare experience (Senior)
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and ensure product access
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in role
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products throughout the sales cycle
