Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Territory Specialist for on-site duties in Tulsa, OK. You will handle orders, quotations, and customer follow-up within the inside sales team.

You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and teamwork is essential.

Job description

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Territory Specialist. This position will be responsible for handling all customer-relations including: processing sales orders, providing timely quotations, order follow up which may include truckload management and extended customer service within the inside sales team.

What you will be doing:

• Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy. This includes communicating with customers regarding all aspects of quotes and purchase orders.
• Maintain customer shipment schedule.
• Use CRM Software to log notes and relevant customer information regarding on-going construction and jobsite projects
• Be team oriented and personally motivated for success.

The skills and experience you need:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role.

Experience:

• Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success.
• Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• Be team oriented and take personal and self-responsibility for development and increased competency in role.

Skills:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills needed, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers while working comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong phone skills and bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
