Job summary

Novo Building Products seeks a Regional Stocking and Service Rep to support stocking, service, and program resets for Lowe's stores across Minnesota, North Dakota, and Marquette, MI. The role requires up to 80% travel, including overnight trips.

You will manage replenishment orders, cycle counts, merchandising resets, store audits, and assist the Area Manager with administrative duties. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word; fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Fill in various roles within a geographic region as directed by the Area Manager.
• Back-up for Territory Service Rep.
• Review store merchandising and inventory; conduct cycle counts.
• Stock home center stores; merchandise resets/refreshes; ensure POP materials are up to date.
• Conduct store audits to ensure Novo standards are met.
• Assist with administrative duties, scheduling, and interviewing as required.

This Regional Stocking and Service Rep supports stocking and service for Novo Building Products at multiple Lowe's store locations, including:Minnesota, North Dakota, and Marquette, MI.This position requires approximately 25 percent of overnight travelSalary$23.75/hr.Monthly Car Allowance - $325/mo.Mileage ReimbursementQuarterly and Annual Bonus PotentialAbout the PositionAs a representative of Novo Building Products, the Regional Stocking and Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting store service, stocking, and program resets at assigned Lowe’s stores under the direction of an Area Manager. This position requires travel to various Lowe’s locations to provide coverage during staffing gaps such as vacancies, PTO, or surges in business. Key responsibilities include stocking replenishment orders, merchandising products (zone recovery), identifying and processing credits for damaged or defective items, conducting cycle and “focus” counts, addressing customer concerns, and assisting with reset activities led by Store Planning. Additionally, this role may provide administrative support to the Area Manager as needed. Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
