Territory Service and Sales Representative

Location

Position based in Wichita, KS. As an industry leader, we are expanding and need talented people to help us protect vital resources. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions to foster a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use tools and technology to conduct customer visits and recommend solutions
  • Communicate value propositions to meet customer needs and grow sales
  • Perform maintenance on equipment and systems
  • Provide emergency service as needed
  • Assist with equipment installation
  • Ensure safe equipment use and operational functionality
  • Manage inventory and control costs
Position Details
  • Field-based role with travel to Wichita, KS, and surrounding areas, including El Dorado and Andover, KS
  • Initial training includes travel to Eagan, MN, for 2 weeks, with travel expenses covered
  • Post-training, manage and service established customer accounts in various sectors
Additional Information
  • Weekend rotation typically 1 in 5 weekends
  • Minimum qualifications: High school diploma/GED, 2 years relevant experience, valid driver’s license, availability for emergency assistance
  • Physical demands include lifting 50 lbs, working in confined spaces, and overtime
  • Preferred qualifications: associate degree, mechanical troubleshooting experience
Compensation & Benefits

Annual range: $57,100 - $85,700, including base and incentives, based on experience and performance. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, stock purchase, paid time off, and more.
