Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow our customer base across designated territories. You will build relationships, generate leads and drive revenue by meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.

We offer guaranteed first-year compensation of $70,000 with upside, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships and meet sales goals.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships within your territory.
• Develop new business through networking, cold calling and referrals.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
