Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow our security product lines across the Wisconsin market. You will leverage an established leads base and your networking skills to bring in new business while maintaining strong client relationships.

We offer strong compensation with guaranteed first-year earnings of $70,000 plus uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and ongoing support from a dynamic team committed to your success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain specified license(s) to perform work in the security industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Empower Communities – Be the face of Per Mar by establishing and nurturing relationships within your designated territory.
• Develop New Business - Via networking, prospecting, cold calling, customer referrals, leads, community involvement and any other tricks up your sleeve.
• Drive Revenue Growth- Meet/Exceed, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
• Provide Exceptional Service & Gain Trust – This continues long after you land a new customer. Set up calls and meetings to keep touch throughout the year to ensure customer satisfaction and create new sales opportunities.
• Remain Engaged- Attend sales meeting, training programs, and get involved in community events.
