Staffmark Group is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in West Monroe, LA. The role focuses on talking to customers, closing sales, and growing inside sales capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• You've got 1-2 years of previous outside sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, hydraulic, fluid power, construction, or related industries
• Strong prospecting, networking, and business development skills
• Ability to build relationships with maintenance managers, plant managers, engineers, purchasing teams, and operations leaders
• Experience generating quotes, proposals, and customer solutions
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
