Job summary

Triad Metals International, established 1987, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow accounts across the Pittsburgh region. This office-based role requires travel within the territory and coordination with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to manage the full sales cycle.

You'll quote, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues while developing new business and maintaining relationships with current customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong client relationship skills and problem-solving ability.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues.
• Prospect and develop new accounts to expand the territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office on Neville Island, PA.
