Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to drive growth in the Industrial Distribution unit across the Iowa and Nebraska territories.

The role emphasizes promoting bearing products, expanding distributor and end-user relationships, and meeting business objectives through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate resides in the territory, with 2+ years of engineering or industrial sales experience, strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Business, Marketing, or Operations.
• 2+ years selling engineered components to distributors or OEMs.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% and to hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Schaeffler bearing products within the territory.
• Develop and maintain distributor and end-user relationships.
• Travel regularly within the territory to engage customers.
• Utilize CRM to log visits and opportunities and generate reports.
• Deliver customer presentations and provide engineering solutions.
• Respond to inquiries and process orders promptly and professionally.
