Nova Communications in the Twin Cities metro area is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to build and own a local book of business from scratch. You will conduct discovery, run demos, and tailor solutions from our AI-enabled telecom portfolio.

Expect a base salary of $42,000 with commissions and a ramp to a strong on-target earnings with renewals and referrals. This role is on-site with potential to move to hybrid as you grow your territory.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional sales experience; training provided.
• Ability to build a book of business with initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Learn and sell Nova's full service portfolio to fit customer needs.
• Conduct discovery calls, create proposals, and deliver demos.
• Manage pipeline end-to-end in the CRM and own renewals.
