Seco Tools is seeking a results-oriented Regional/Territory Technical Sales Professional for the Western Washington region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical sales, with expertise in the cutting tools market. Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred, as the region includes key aerospace accounts.

The role involves representing Seco Tools and its metal cutting solutions to clients across sectors like automotive, power generation, oil & gas, mold & die, construction, agriculture, and firearms. The preferred location is at or near Seattle, WA.

Role Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of successful territory or regional sales experience in a technical, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distributor-focused sales, working independently from a home or virtual office.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with product application solutions in manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to qualify, demonstrate, influence customers, and manage a sales territory with 50-60% travel in western Washington.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 60% - End User Account Management & New Business Development: Developing new customers and managing existing accounts to ensure retention and growth.
  • 25% - Distributor Channel Partner Management & Development: Enhancing sales through distribution channels via joint calls and technical support.
  • 15% - Administration: Territory planning, reporting, and sales activities.
