Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Representative to promote Springs Window Fashions products inside home improvement retailers in the Fayetteville, GA area. You will build relationships with store staff, merchandise displays, and drive sales while traveling to multiple stores each day.

Compensation includes $22 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus, along with benefits and a schedule Tue–Sat.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and customers
• Merchandising:Maintain and set up product displays
• Sales: Meet or exceed targets and goals
• Generate leads to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service and product education
• Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day
