Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive sales of Springs Window Fashions in our GA retail territory. You will visit 2–5 stores daily, promote products, and build strong relationships with store staff and customers inside major home improvement retailers.

You will travel within your territory, meet targets, educate shoppers, and provide excellent service while earning hourly pay plus a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading home improvement retailers.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences through expert product knowledge and service.
• Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Educate retailers and customers on features and benefits of Springs Window Fashions products.
• Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Track sales performance and report trends to management with improvement ideas.
