Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to represent Springs Window Fashions in major home improvement stores. You’ll help customers choose window solutions while increasing product visibility and sales.

Drive sales, build relationships with retailers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. A valid driver’s license is required; you will travel 2–5 stores per day within your territory.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure best-in-class service for retailers and end-consumers.
• Maximize Product Placement: Optimize displays and in-store presence to boost visibility.
• Provide Product Expertise: Educate retailers and customers on product features and benefits.
• Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
• Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track performance, analyze trends, and report insights to management.
