Responsibilities

• Regular call frequency to assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, merchandise, and monitor price and shelf management
• Consultative information-based selling: product features, benefits, styles, and portfolio understanding
• Achieve distribution/new package gains and monthly Pay for Performance objectives
• Execute supplier/programs such as market surveys and market execution tasks
• Build relationships with customers, create localized growth plans, and meet key customer needs
• Manage Price to the Consumer (PTC) and communicate price changes to ASM
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend weekly meetings to discuss store-level issues
• Follow safety policies, company vehicle procedures, and complete daily paperwork
