The Wonderful Company in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, and Halos Citrus. You will develop and maintain a broad network of grocery retail relationships, optimize product placement, and drive distribution within a 100+ mile territory.

You will manage displays, stock routines, and revenue-driving initiatives while collaborating with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales success promoting grocery store products and building partnerships with store personnel.
• Capable of presenting compelling rationales to store management to display and purchase against competitors.
• Experience managing a large store territory with efficient daily drive time.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with goal-minded, problem-solving abilities for independent work.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain 60+ grocery retail relationships within an assigned 100+ mile range territory.
• Determine optimal shelf and display locations for Wonderful brand products within each store.
• Rotate and stock all company products during calls to stores.
• Maintain schematic integrity during re-merchandising for remodels and openings.
• Build relationships with retailer personnel to facilitate account penetration.
• Sell and maintain distribution of all headquarters products across assigned stores.
• Record data and insights using company handheld devices.
• Support marketing initiatives and POS/coupon tie-ins across outlets.
