As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to commercial and industrial businesses by delivering inventory management solutions that help keep their operations running efficiently. Flexible work from home options are available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong local relationships in Mobile, AL area or willingness to commute.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Industrial or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer lifecycle—from prospecting and lead generation to account management and customer retention.
• Build and grow a profitable territory through consultative sales and exceptional customer service.
• Operate a fully equipped company-issued mobile showroom, bringing high-quality industrial products directly to customer locations.
• Help local businesses improve inventory management, increase efficiency, and reduce costly downtime.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development.
• Build partnerships with manufacturers, industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, municipalities, maintenance departments, repair shops, and business owners.
• Deliver consistent, value-driven service that earns repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
