Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces seeks an experienced Sales Representative to promote Wilsonart and non-Wilsonart programs across cabinet, millwork and building-industry accounts. You will cultivate relationships with specifiers, dealers, builders and commercial teams to drive growth within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of proven field sales experience in design/build products industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage time and resources to meet personal and team sales targets.
• Forecast sales and develop sales strategies and models.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Fabricators, Cabinet, Millwork, Kitchen & Bath accounts, General Contractors and Builders within territory.
• Identify and develop Target/New accounts and opportunities for growth.
• Document activities in the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure best practices.
• Travel within sales territory, some overnight travel.
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
