Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Miami-Dade dealer channel to drive growth with new and existing cabinetry dealer accounts.

You will lead prospecting, build relationships with dealer owners and decision makers, and execute strategies to expand market share in the Miami-Dade area. A strong track record in outside sales and cabinet knowledge is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of outside sales experience or equivalent cabinetry/building-products background.
• Demonstrated success acquiring new accounts and growing sales with dealer channels.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet products and dealer networks; ability to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Open new dealer accounts and convert competitive cabinetry business.
• Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline with revenue potential.
• Maintain a disciplined call cycle with dealer visits and timely follow-through.
• Train dealer personnel on Cabinetworks Group brands and programs.
