Job summary

Titan Virginia Ready Mix is seeking a Sales Representative to promote concrete products and build customer relationships in the Sterling, Virginia region. The role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on expanding sales, responding to market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction on delivery and pricing.

This exempt, salaried position offers opportunities to drive territory growth, coordinate with dispatch and production, and participate in trade associations.

Qualifications

• CCSP certification within 1 year of hire.
• Experience coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales to existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Gather market conditions and competition data to inform bids.
• Attain territory sales goals and pricing targets.
• Update monthly sales demand based on customer estimates.
• Maintain communications on deliveries, orders, and site prep.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams (dispatch, QC, production).
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist AR in collection of monies.
