Job summary

Titan Virginia Ready Mix in Sterling, Virginia is seeking a Sales Representative to promote concrete sales, build customer relationships, and respond to market trends. This salaried exempt role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on expanding sales with existing and new customers.

Ideal candidates will have a 4-year degree in business or marketing, 1–3 years in the construction industry, and CCSP certification within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Must obtain CCSP certification within 1 year of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent business/financial acumen to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales to existing customers and develop new customers.
• Research market conditions andCompetitive landscape for informed bid decisions.
• Achieve territory sales goals (volume, ASP, etc.).
• Update monthly sales demand based on customer estimates.
• Maintain proactive customer communication on deliveries and orders.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and coordinate with dispatch/production.
