Job summary

Ozinga Bros, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, develop, sell, and service customers in the ready‑mix/concrete and building materials market across assigned territories.

You will quote pricing, manage orders, and build key account strategies to drive growth. Role requires cultivating relationships with customers, coordinating with billing and operations teams, and participating in trade associations and industry events to promote Ozinga products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• General knowledge of Ready‑Mix/Concrete products and Building Materials.
• Solid understanding of the Ready‑Mix market, competition, and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for customers with information on pricing per established pricing matrix and monitor product delivery.
• Create a clear business strategy for key accounts to increase share and communicate new value-added products and services.
• Prepare projected business outlook for assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and collaborate with Billing/Credit for resolutions.
