Job summary

America's Auto Auction (Clark County) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive territory growth, dealer engagement, and consignments in the automotive auction industry. This field-based role requires travel within the Jeffersonville area and a talent for relationship-building.

You will develop new business, manage accounts, deliver demos, and promote digital auction tools while meeting sales goals. Competitive base salary with commissions and benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales, territory sales, or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a territory of dealers, consignors, and partners.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and events.
• Conduct in-person dealership visits and promote auction services.
• Deliver product demonstrations and onboarding for digital tools.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
