Job Description

  • Location: Remote opportunity based in Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; Minneapolis, MN

Position Summary: The Territory Sales Manager will lead business development activities, including growing water tank sales, technical support, and engaging with design/engineering teams across AR, CO, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, and TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets within the assigned territory by building a sales funnel, establishing distribution channels, and managing pricing and bids.
  • Generate new business opportunities, project conversions, and product approvals through daily engagement with engineering firms, municipalities, and regulators. Provide educational training via face-to-face calls, lunch and learns, and promotional activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning by monitoring market trends and competition, preparing growth plans, and contributing to sales forecasts.
  • Travel frequently within the territory, including overnight trips.

Requirements:

  • College degree, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-7 years of related experience, with strong sales or engineering background in water/wastewater, tanks, pumps, or fire protection products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven sales record and technical expertise.
  • Strategy and business planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in the US and 1-2 times annually in Canada.
