Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow sales and deepen customer relationships in an assigned geographic area. This field-based role serves plumbing and drain-cleaning contractors, with a focus on trenchless rehabilitation solutions.

The ideal candidate brings outside sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to manage accounts and travel frequently within the territory.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience selling to home service companies, preferably plumbing and drain cleaning.
• Proven success winning new customers and growing existing accounts in a territory.
• Ability to build relationships with owners, operations managers, and procurement teams.
• Learn technical products and translate them into business value.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a field-based schedule independently.
• Experience using CRM software and standard business apps.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Valid driver’s license and driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance within the territory, meeting revenue and gross profit goals.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan identifying markets and growth opportunities.
• Prospect through field visits, outbound calls, referrals and campaigns.
• Identify contractors for trenchless pipe rehabilitation services.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
