The ideal candidate will guide the organization's sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for sales teams. The candidate should have the ability to understand customers' needs within a territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques for the area.


Position Summary

Responsible for sales within a designated geographical territory, including sales and marketing efforts to achieve and maintain the revenue budget for the territory.


Position Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products.
  • With assistance from RSD, develop and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds goals for the territory.
  • Maintain regular visits with existing customers.
  • Continuously work to expand the customer account base.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing and new customers.
  • Maintain close contact with Sales Support functions including Customer Service, Planning, Pricing, and Claims.
  • Stay informed of and report relevant marketplace dynamics, including product trends and competitive intelligence, to the Regional Vice President.
  • Complete required sales reporting in a timely manner.
