You will be empowered to develop business relationships that drive sales volume and profitability, supporting our strategic Must Win Battles. The role involves travel throughout the sales region, attending distributor and contractor events, and assisting with trade shows. You will participate in training to grow your sales expertise, product knowledge, and negotiating skills, along with hands-on product installation training at our development centers.
You will work alongside a dedicated mentor, gaining essential knowledge and advice for success and career development. The program includes a company-provided vehicle for business and personal use.
Program Summary:
This 18-month program offers a full-time sales development role, providing field experience, hands-on learning, and networking opportunities with EPS leaders to accelerate your career. Successful completion involves participating in trainings and travel, with exceptions only for extenuating circumstances. As an EOS Associate Territory Manager, you will support CertainTeed in building strong customer relationships and promoting our products, systems, and programs across the U.S.
Development Program Completion:
Upon completing the program successfully, you will work with HR, sales trainers, and leadership to explore opportunities within one of our 12 U.S. sales regions for roles such as Territory Manager or other positions within Saint-Gobain. Those unable to find a new role may qualify for a completion bonus if eligible. This role is remote but requires commuting to the MD/Northern VA market.
Based in Richmond, VA, the Associate Territory Manager will establish contact and coordinate activities with distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and specifiers. You will assist regional and district managers in achieving sales goals and familiarize the community with CertainTeed products and services. You will also serve as a resource for sales, marketing, and manufacturing regarding product needs and applications.
Required Qualifications:
Hours: 8-5 pm Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed for events.
