Territory Sales Manager - Program Dealer Specialist

Position Summary:

The Specialist, Program Dealer, is responsible for growing sales with existing customers and developing new customer accounts within a geographical territory to meet sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned accounts using various prospecting and sales tools.
  • Record sales visit results in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
  • Prospect and develop new customer accounts.
  • Manage administrative activities related to account enrollment.
  • Expand current accounts and transition customers to manufacturer dealer programs.
  • Collaborate with inventory and market expansion teams.
  • Maintain regular customer visits—minimum quarterly for all assigned accounts, with specific visit frequencies outlined.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including B2B and field sales.

  • Valid driver’s license with 3-5 years driving experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Understanding of Tire manufacturer programs and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), ERP (Prophet 21), BI tools (Power BI), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.
Work Environment and Compensation:
  • Home-based role with up to 70% travel.
  • Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000.
