Position Summary:
The Specialist, Program Dealer, is responsible for growing sales with existing customers and developing new customer accounts within a geographical territory to meet sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for assigned accounts using various prospecting and sales tools.
- Record sales visit results in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
- Prospect and develop new customer accounts.
- Manage administrative activities related to account enrollment.
- Expand current accounts and transition customers to manufacturer dealer programs.
- Collaborate with inventory and market expansion teams.
- Maintain regular customer visits—minimum quarterly for all assigned accounts, with specific visit frequencies outlined.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience, including B2B and field sales.
- 2+ years in Tire Industry/Wholesale Distribution preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with 3-5 years driving experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of Tire manufacturer programs and supply chain processes.
- Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), ERP (Prophet 21), BI tools (Power BI), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills.
Work Environment and Compensation:
- Home-based role with up to 70% travel.
- Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000.
