Requirements

INDEVCO North America is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – North Texas for our Building Products division, based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves articulating the value of our building envelope system in a solution-based manner and becoming a trusted partner throughout the full sales cycle. Effective communication with prospective clients, pipeline development, and client relationship management are essential.

Prospecting:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Engage with potential customers and end users (architects, builders, contractors, dealers, lumber yards).
  • Visit construction sites for learning, development, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with local distributors to maintain effective supply chain and sales networks.

Solution Development:

  • Work with Product Management to develop customer-specific solutions within our product portfolio.
  • Utilize market and customer research to craft value propositions tailored to the customer and industry.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors, pricing, and sales trends.
  • Assess and communicate technical attributes required by customers and our company's ability to meet those needs.

Relationship Management:

  • Complete sales cycles ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve issues related to product, quality, and service with current customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Operations) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Use CRM systems to forecast bookings and prepare proposals.

Experience & Education:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, or 2+ years in building envelope solutions.
  • Familiarity with building envelope products and solutions.

Other Details:

  • Significant travel within the territory required.
