Territory Sales Manager - Houston North

Nutricia North America is seeking a Full Line Territory Manager based in Houston, Texas, covering Houston, Beaumont, College Station, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
  1. Territory Management:
    • Build partnerships with key customers and centers.
    • Utilize a consultative selling approach to promote products through face-to-face and virtual communication with medical professionals, dietitians, and nurses.
    • Plan and execute programs (in-services, education, regional meetings) to drive brand growth.
    • Promote products to home health care/DMEs to develop strategic partnerships.
  2. Business Planning:
    • Create and implement the business plan for the territory.
    • Analyze territory data to identify opportunities and issues.
    • Conduct business reviews with strategic partners.
  3. Account Management:
    • Identify account opportunities requiring a multifunctional team approach.
    • Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts.
  4. Accountability:
    • Represent Nutricia at industry trade shows.
    • Participate in team meetings and report on territory status.
    • Manage the territory's annual budget.
    • Share market insights and competition updates.
    • Use Nutricia's sales tools to document contacts.
    • Report monthly on territory business.
    • Complete expense reports per company policy.
    • Manage sample requests and budgets.

The compensation range is $90,000 - $115,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and benefits including health coverage, 401k, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, flexible time off, and parental leave. The role offers a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years sales experience in healthcare or 3+ years clinical experience.
  • Preferred: Nutrition or clinical experience, Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Dietitian (LD), or Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Residency in the territory and willingness to travel 25-35%.
