About the role:

The Peripheral Vascular Consultant role requires strong clinical aptitude and team collaboration. Key duties include developing new accounts, expanding product usage in existing accounts, and meeting sales targets to increase revenue within a defined geographic territory. We seek energetic, driven, and passionate individuals interested in building a career in medical device sales.

Our products diagnose and treat conditions in the arterial and venous systems, such as deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and compressive diseases. We innovate continuously, extending into new markets with solutions like Angiojet, Zelante DVT, thrombectomy catheters, EKOS, guide wires, drug-eluting stents and balloons, atherectomy, and IVUS, supported by a robust pipeline.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Selling products through scheduled sales calls to current and potential customers to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies considering product, competition, and pricing factors.
  • Creating action plans based on sales data to meet organizational goals.
  • Assessing customer needs through direct engagement and in-depth discussions with physicians and hospital staff.
  • Observing procedures to understand physician and staff nuances.
  • Establishing pricing packages in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Addressing customer needs and complaints by developing solutions or coordinating with other departments.
  • Building relationships with hospital personnel and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Managing clinical cases across territories.
  • Educating customers on product usage and benefits via presentations and demonstrations to secure commitments.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • At least 2 years in medical device sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree with a successful sales track record.
  • Strong clinical, analytical, and sales skills.
  • Ability to manage numerous accounts.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
