Job summary

Purple Wave Auction seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Northwest Indiana. You will build relationships with heavy equipment owners across agriculture, construction, government, and more, turning assets into auction success. The role is boots-on-the-ground with extensive travel and end-to-end auction support.

You will travel up to 75% and represent Purple Wave at events, driving growth while upholding our core values of trust, teamwork, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Experience selling to heavy equipment owners in agriculture, construction, or government.
• Strong communication, ethics, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition.
• Educate clients in the territory on auction services and how to buy or sell used equipment.
• Gather and enter customer information in CRM to maintain communication with the team.
• Support all phases of the auction process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Purple Wave at trade shows and events to promote services and assets.
• Travel and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
