Right Coast Medical is seeking a field-based Territory Sales Manager to grow our national footprint and improve patient outcomes with non-opioid medical devices. You will manage provider relationships, deliver devices to patients, and educate healthcare teams on the benefits of opioid-sparing recovery.

This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. You will operate with high autonomy, build your own territory, and drive growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, medical device, or outside sales.
• Experience building and managing a sales territory across clinics and providers.
• Ability to educate providers on non-opioid recovery solutions and patient outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Grow and manage a defined sales territory.

About The Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on:

• Territory growth
• Provider relationship management
• In-home patient support and device delivery

You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

What You’ll LOVE Doing

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical Earnings Range From

$60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
