What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue across the defined territory by nurturing existing accounts and building new ones
- Regularly visit healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices to achieve budgeted sales volume and established goals
- Utilize CRM for effective territory management, including pre-call planning and post-call notes
- Conduct educational programs for HCPs through in-person and virtual sessions
- Analyze market data to identify relevant business opportunities and develop promotional strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Valid driver’s license
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the practitioner channel
- Demonstrated success in product sales and territory development
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
