Job summary

Rally Search in the United States is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region. The role is remote in the Northeast and requires periodic travel to visit coatings and paint customers, defending growth and generating new business.

Candidates bring technical knowledge of selling chemicals to coatings/paint companies and a proven track record in field sales. Base compensation is $125,000–$135,000 plus commissions, with a full benefits package including a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Experience selling chemicals to coatings/paint customers.
• Knowledge of the Northeast market preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to grow territory of new business. Visit customers and key targets at regular intervals to identify needs and sales opportunities.
• Build and develop customer relationships as a platform for sustainable business and control expenses within the area of responsibility.
• Align account information and product and services strategies with US Sales Leader.
• Submit reports on sales activity regularly in the CRM software and maintain clear and updated records for all leads and customers.
• Develop and communicate customer demand forecasting to feed Sales Team and internal supply chain planning functions.

Global chemical manufacturer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager. This role is remote in the Northeast, but does require travel from time to time. To be successful, incumbent must have technical knowledge around selling chemicals to coatings/paint companies.

Base: $125,000-135,000ish + commissions
