Compensation includes a base salary of $84,200.00 - $126,200.00. The salary may vary based on location and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $62,400.00.

Job Description

Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring a Client Success Manager / Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Dubuque, or Davenport, Iowa. Candidates must reside near these areas.

The Client Success Manager will focus on growing and retaining subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book, managing a portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers. Responsibilities include building relationships, providing solutions, and collaborating with sales teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Utilize sales tools and analytics effectively.
  • Ensure dealer expectations are exceeded.
  • Expand relationships and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Support dealers through implementation and onboarding.
  • Respond to customer issues appropriately.

  • Knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
