Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is currently hiring a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidate must live in this area.

As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products and growing a portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers. You will present creative solutions to help dealers reach their business objectives, provide insights regarding key business challenges, and collaborate across Cox Auto sales teams to drive quality referrals. Your responsibilities include building and cultivating relationships with automotive dealers in your portfolio.

What You'll Do:
  1. Meet/exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
  2. Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting.
  3. Maximize utilization of sales enablement systems, tools, and analytics.
  4. Ensure dealer expectations are exceeded.
  5. Expand relationships with multiple decision-makers at dealer clients to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations; work closely with dealers to assess operational challenges and needs; own and deepen relationships.
  6. Reinforce value proposition with content and data through monthly ROI reviews.
  7. Use qualitative and quantitative data, including market insights, to assist dealers in making informed business decisions.
  8. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio; support sales partners from other units to propose solutions.
  9. Advocate for dealers during solution implementation and onboarding.
  10. Respond to customer issues and route them appropriately.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience, or equivalent combinations (e.g., master's degree with 4 years' experience, Ph.D. with 1 year, or 10 years' experience).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Preferred:

  • Experience in automotive industry or advertising media.
  • Experience in a field-based environment.
  • Knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and internet platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools.
