Autotrader, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring a Client Success Manager/Territory Sales Manager in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates must reside in this area.

As the Client Success Manager, your responsibilities include growing and retaining subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products, managing a portfolio of franchise and large independent automotive dealers, and providing solutions to help dealers meet their business goals. You will build relationships, offer insights into business challenges, and collaborate with Cox Auto sales teams to generate quality referrals.

What You'll Do:
  1. Meet or exceed revenue, retention, and referral goals.
  2. Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
  3. Utilize sales enablement tools, systems, and analytics effectively.
  4. Exceed dealer expectations and deepen relationships with multiple decision makers.
  5. Conduct monthly ROI business reviews with content and data.
  6. Use qualitative and quantitative data to assist dealers in decision-making.
  7. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
  8. Support sales partners and advocate for dealers during solution implementation.
  9. Respond to customer issues appropriately.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

  • Experience in automotive industry or advertising media.
  • Experience in a field-based role.
  • Knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and internet platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRMs and analytics tools.
Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary ranges from $84,200 to $126,200, plus an incentive/commission target of $62,400. Benefits include flexible paid time off, holidays, wellness hours, and other leave options. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
