Job Description

Join Cox Automotive Mobility Fleet Services (CAMFS), part of the Cox Automotive family, as a Senior National Sales Manager. Manage a large territory, focusing on expanding our footprint in the US and growing the largest Fleet Services accounts.

What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of your territory, working across industries with national service agreements. Focus on acquiring new business and maintaining executive relationships with existing clients. Develop tailored strategies for large national fleets and manage C-Suite and Board relationships, articulating Cox Automotive Fleet Services' vision. Serve as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring resolution and risk mitigation. Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and growth.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align client and company strategies.
  • Expanding account relationships through effective sales and marketing, understanding client organizations, and developing industry-specific solutions.
  • Utilizing the RITE-based selling approach to close complex sales.
  • Fostering productive customer relationships and providing ongoing support.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to improve offerings.
  • Preparing customer reports using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Maintaining high service standards.

Who You Are

A driven, detail-oriented sales professional eager to learn and innovate. Capable of developing multi-year strategies with industry leaders and disrupting markets.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of related experience, or alternative combinations (e.g., master’s + 6 years, Ph.D. + 3 years, or 12 years experience).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred:

  • Experience in trucking/fleet sales, full-cycle B2B sales, contractual services, and account management across multiple states.
  • Strong self-management, team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
