Job summary

Philips is seeking a Territory Manager for VeriSight 3D/ICE in the San Diego area. You will represent the VeriSight catheter to interventional cardiologists and electrophysiologists, build leadership in ICE within the territory, and drive adoption through education, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.

Travel up to 50% is required. A bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or related experience in medical devices.
• Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and product portfolios.
• Cardiac imaging experience, especially TEE and ICE.
• Experience in territory management with a “start-up” mindset.
• Established network of cardiology opinion leaders and industry relationships.
• Experience with Hospital VAC, capital equipment sales cycle, and reimbursement education.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent VeriSight to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists in the assigned territory.
• Establish Philips as ICE leader within the territory.
• Collaborate with customers for consultative product support, education, and engagement, hospital negotiations and contracts, corporate accounts collaboration, and cross-functional engagement.
• Grow new and existing programs, maximizing user experiences and adoption of VeriSight.
• Provide clinical support with Clinical Specialists and resolve customer issues, driving performance.
• Develop measurable business plans aligned to divisional goals and analyze sales figures, reports and analytics.
• Communicate updates, revisions and action plans to sales management.
• Monitor competitive pressures and market movements impacting territory.
