Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 branches nationwide. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Territory Sales Manager.
What You Will Need
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Good interpersonal skills and effective communication with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers.
- A vehicle capable of significant travel.
- A valid driver's license.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.
- Distribute sales and marketing materials such as product catalogs, flyers, brochures, and cut sheets.
- Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for customers and groups.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer decision-makers and colleagues.
- Visit and call on multiple customers and prospects daily.
- Follow a structured call schedule for current and potential customers.
- Identify and prioritize sales prospects and contacts.
- Address customer issues and concerns promptly using approved methods.
- Support the collection of past due payments as assigned.
- Gather strategic customer and competitor information ethically to enhance sales and customer relations.
- Utilize sales reports to support and expand sales growth.
- Provide or assist with on-the-job training for new and current associates.
