Job Overview:
Responsible for sales growth and business development activities with distribution partners and OEMs. Provide technical, application, product, and sales support for the industrial portfolio in support of end user growth. Formulate business strategies and implement plans to grow overall sales revenue and market share within the region. Candidate must be knowledgeable of technical products, services, and solutions. You will establish yourself as the significant point of contact for each assigned distributor including business owners, sales teams and service leaders. Duties are clearly centered on territory end user engagement and distributor business development for dramatic growth of revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with distribution & key OEM accounts in the industrial blower, and tank truck markets within a designated territory.
  2. Collaborate with product management and broader sales team to identify, develop and build a network of key channel partners.
  3. Drive towards and achieve product sales targets associated with these target markets.
  4. Provide technical and product support for all accounts.
  5. Assist in the development of key account management strategies for all mentioned markets.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  2. 5+ years’ experience in an industrial sales and service environment required.
  3. Understanding of air and battery powered power tools used in industrial settings, competitors and applications.
  4. Knowledge of multi-channel distribution functions and end user selling experience preferred
  5. Proficient with various sales concepts, practices and procedures.
  6. Must pass a MVR

Preferences:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, Engineering or related areas.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  3. Salesforce CRM experience

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
  1. This position is fully remote with regular travel required within the assigned territories.
  2. 50-60% travel

Pay Range:
The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $100,000 - 120,000.
