Job summary

Blatchford in Houston is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Houston, Louisiana, and Mississippi. You will develop and execute sales strategies for Blatchford’s prosthetic, seating, and orthotic products, while building strong relationships with practitioners and distributors.

The role requires 5+ years of field sales in medical devices, excellent presentation skills, and a willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Life Science or Business.
5+ years field sales experience in medical devices or prosthetics.
Proven sales performance in a medical environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

Attaining or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales goals and objectives for all products.
Promoting regional effort in High Value Target Initiatives by leveraging Blatchford’s industry-leading Prosthetic product lines to drive revenue.
Collaborating with SOS Distributor counterpart to target opportunity for sales growth.
Representing Blatchford in State, Regional, and National Trade Shows as required.
Delivering personalized sales presentations to O&P Practitioners and other medical professionals.
Developing and executing a strategic plan to effectively grow territory.
