Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager for the Omaha, NE region. You will drive CVAC adoption, meet quarterly quotas, and communicate Calyxo’s value proposition to physicians in kidney stone care.

The role requires 5+ years of outside sales or sales management in medical devices, OR experience, and strong relationships with urologists. Travel and collaboration with education, finance, and marketing teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required.
• Strong relationships with local urologists and knowledge of urology products.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain territory plan and forecast for defined area.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within defined region.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and delivery of clinical training support.
