Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or any combination of education/experience with comparable knowledge.
• 5 years wholesaler or supplier management experience.
• 3 years experience leading a team and managing people.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal liquor laws.
• Proven ability to achieve targets including volume, distribution, and profitability.
• Strong organization and time management with results focus.
• Brand ambassador for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
• Excellent personnel management and motivational skills.
• Driver's license free of major violations in the last 3 years.
• Must be 21+ to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesalers in area with sales teams to grow sales and market share.
• Lead, motivate and develop employees; include hiring and training.
• Provide exceptional service to become preferred supplier.
• Maintain proactive communications with supervisors, team and wholesalers.
• Develop and execute monthly/annual planning for wholesalers.
• Deliver weekly recap reports on results and opportunities.
• Oversee budgets, co-op dollars, incentives and bill-backs.
• Assist due-diligence in wholesaler transitions.
• Schedule Coaching Days and document recaps with clear objectives.
• Grow selling skills to hit key sales objectives.
• Operate within brewery and budget guidelines.
• Coordinate pricing and reports across SNBC, chains, and wholesalers.
• Use KARMA, VIP, Nielsen, Power BI effectively.
