• 5+ years in brewery or distributor sales management.
• Experience with 3-tier system and National Accounts.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and market analytics skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication.
• Top organizational and planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales leadership across the division and set the standard for excellence in leadership, management, and communication.
• Develop and implement distributor relationships to achieve Preferred Supplier status.
• Direct annual business plans and monthly reviews with distributors.
• Oversee pricing, margins, marketing spends, and budget allocations.
• Identify growth opportunities and align national accounts execution with division strategy.
• Lead talent development, performance reviews, and training programs.
