OSL Retail Services is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to champion sales at the store level across approximately four Walmart Wireless locations. You will drive sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail or outside sales, strong communication skills, availability for evenings and weekends, and a reliable vehicle to visit stores during hours. A performance-based uncapped commission and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador).
• Proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
