Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to champion sales and nurture client relationships across approximately 4 Walmart Wireless locations. You’ll be the go-to at the store level, driving sales and ensuring top customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or outside sales, a proven sales record, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel to stores is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
• Proven sales track record with strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Own a personal vehicle and able to travel to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals at multiple Walmart Wireless locations.
• Manage time across locations to maximize profitability.
• Master our sales KPIs and sales process.
• Collaborate with store teams and maintain a team spirit.
• Stay current with product knowledge to recommend solutions.
