Qualifications

• Proven sales or account management experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or wholesale.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and manage a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to visit retail partners and build relationships.
• Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement and product education.
• Identify and onboard new retail accounts to expand market presence.
• Ensure brand standards in-store including merchandising and display quality.
• Support retailers with orders, quotes, and product selection.
• Close sales and maximize account performance with strong negotiation skills.
• Assist with in-store events, trunk shows, and promotions.
• Provide market feedback on trends, competition, and opportunities.
